ICBC will pay more money for treatments and cover more types of treatments for both existing and new claims starting April 1, 2019. ICBC will now pay the full reasonable cost of treatments so customers should no longer be out of pocket for any costs for the following treatments: acupuncture, chiropractic care, counseling, kinesiology, massage therapy, occupational therapy, and physiotherapy.
